How To Solve Sleep Problems for Toddlers and Preschoolers

I don't know if anyone else has experienced the same issue I have, but with all four of my kids, when they hit the toddler and preschool age, just when we've gotten through all the baby ups and downs of sleeping and are finally in the longest stretch of a sweet spot with sleeping, and then BAM they start having night wakings or start encountering problems. Even when you seem to do everything "right".
