"Easter is my favorite holiday," she said out loud to no one in particular.






"Why is it your favorite?" I asked anyway.




"Because I get to wear a new special outfit!" she proclaimed.






"Why do you get to wear a new outfit?" I asked, prodding her.




"Because it's Easter." She said matter-of-factly.





"Oh!" I said. "And why do we celebrate Easter?" I asked her.





"Because," she answered in a dynamic whisper, "Jesus is ALIVE!"
