I really really like having a window above my sink. I think it is charming. Can we also talk about that little Pony-tale Palm Tree I have managed to keep alive ALL SUMMER LONG?! (The fabric on the shade will be changed soon to coordinate with the drapes.)



One of my favorite things in my kitchen is my sign. My friend Lindsay made it for me and I adore it. My mom loved it so much that I got her one for her birthday and SHE got my sister one for HER birthday! YOU can get one too! You can see the first door that leads into the playroom and the second doorway leads into the Family Room.



That doorway leads to the laundry room. I may let you look in there one day....



Every kitchen needs cute curtains. (And a cute baby!) These curtains I got for my birthday several years ago at Target and now they don't sell them anymore. I could use more for the other windows and I love them too much not to use them!

Who was very offended that I took his picture, apparently!



And finally, this is the view from the family room of the eating area. You can see my door table that I finally got a piece of glass cut for and our church pew that I found off of craigslist.
